Task:
Create a service that will get young adults to use Deichman's offers
Result:
We want to make library cards and membership in Deichman something bigger. With a digital platform called Deichman i lomma (Deichman in pocket), we give members a key that opens more than just doors. As a member, you get easy access to offer and events that suit you and your interests. Membership helps make Deichman more personal and gives the user a sense of belonging.
What I have learned:
As one of the first projects with a real client, there was a lot to learn. I received an introduction to how to develop a user journey and the importance of understanding all the steps in the process. We conducted extensive research and carried out many interviews to identify the user's needs and pain points. We then worked on extracting key findings from the information we gathered, which was crucial for designing the most optimal solution.
